TERMS & CONDITIONS – Events

Please read, sign and return the following terms and conditions in order to confirm and proceed with your event.

1. To confirm the booking of your event, UKTOGETHER LIMITED (UKTL) requires the full event management fee upon agreement of services. Thereafter, 50% of the estimated total cost shall be paid no less than 8 weeks prior to the event date; 25% paid no less than 4 weeks prior to the event date; the balance shall be paid 7 days prior to the event date. If such sums are not paid in line with the above, UKTL shall not be obliged to provide further services.
2. Any agreed additional extras invoiced up to 30 days after the event date shall be payable within 14 days of invoice.
3. Failure to comply with any of the above payment conditions may result in the cancellation of your event by UKTL.
4. Should an event be booked less than 30 days prior to the event date, an invoice for the full amount will be raised and payment required immediately.
5. All aspects of your event must be confirmed in writing. UKTL will not be held responsible for any misunderstanding of verbal agreements or instructions.
6. Confirmation of final guest numbers must be received no less than 7 days prior to the event.
7. As the client, you are liable for any loss or damage to non-disposable items. Charges will be made at cost. Insurance can be purchased to cover such costs via UKTL.
8. As the client, you are responsible for the costs associated with crew catering, refreshments, travel and accommodation where stated during the event set up and during the event itself. Charges will be made at cost.
9. Prices are subject to VAT at the current rate, which shall be added to all prices quoted.
10. UKTL cannot be held responsible for any aspect of the service that has not been booked by UKTL.
11. UKTL is responsible only for claims of injury to persons or loss of damage to property caused due to its negligence. UKTL is not responsible for loss or damage caused by third parties.
12. UKTL claims copyright in any artwork, design and quotations produced by it in connection with the event.
13. Cancellation terms are as follows:
    • Less than 6 months prior to event date, 25% of full estimated event fee
    • Less than 3 months prior to event date, 50% of full estimated event fee
    • Less than 1 month prior to event date, 100% of full estimated event fee
14. Withdrawal of any agreed individual items supplied for your event, will be charged as per the above cancellation terms.
